The most friendly, helpful, kind attentive staff ever!! From the front desk to housekeeping every person we encountered was amazing!! My husband is in a wheelchair and had some special needs, which were met by this incredible staff. Also, I left some clothes in a drawer in our room.😩 The manager was kind enough to quickly send them back to me! Thank you for going above and beyond! We will definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo dormito due sere, stanza pulita, spaziosa con terrazzino con vista lago. Ottima colazione, spa, personale gentile, wife gratuito, parcheggio gratuito, PC per ospiti. L'hotel si trova molto vicino al centro, al grande ponte levatoio, e per noi ciclisti molto comodo alla pista ciclabile, vicino ci sono diversi ottimi ristoranti, lo consigliamo sicuramente, Giuliana and Carlo from Genova Italy
I'm just going to make a cover all comment about our stay here, it was fantastic. I'd do it again if the opportunity arises. staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was SO worth the upgrade that we had to make given the situation we had.
