I would like to formally express my concern regarding the management of the property located at 480 West 28th St, Hialeah. Ms. Yesy consistently creates conflicts with tenants and, on multiple occasions, has removed tenants from the property without clear or justified reasons. Property management should be based on fairness, communication, and professionalism — not on creating a hostile or tense environment. Do not rent here. You will have your rent increased $50 unexpectedly for no reason. If you question it they will give you a ridiculous reason. You are parking your car on the grass so you have to pay for a monthly decal now. But when you refer to the lease it states no parking on common ground. It states nothing about parking decals.
