Seats have holes in them. Aside from that I find the concessions over priced for what you get.

Very nice arena. We saw the Minnesota Wild play the Senators. The seats were great. Plenty of room. It was a great atmosphere and a great place to see a hockey game.
In section 216 seats were roomy unlike my previous experience. Game was so so and was hoping to see Zach Parise who is still on the injured list. Egg rolls were excelent
Tickets were graciously donated to community living by R&R electric (Ray & Ronnie Cobus)from Renfrew. My special needs friend and I were treated to the High Five Hallway where my friend got to high fives the whole Sens team as they were hitting the ice. If that wasn't awesome enough it was a fantastic game and very entertaining.
Box seats were great service was excellent The piano man playing music before show was annoying you have to get rid of that or else just have him play a few songs not for a long period Was not relaxing at all waiting before game

Hello, I am holiday in Ottawa and visiting relatives. First time visited an icehockey game, fast sport a lot of action. It is more exciting as soccer���. I am from the Netherlands, watched Sens - Sabres. It is a pity Sens lost, they lot of chances.
we attended the Hockey Fights Cancer with the Sens on Saturday night. The staff were extremely friendly. The buffet in the Alumni Lounge was amazing and the service staff very professional and kind. Thank you for a great and memorable night.
