more bathrooms are needed in the 300 level. Food selection is quite good, prices are comparable to other arena's. Seating is very tight together.
Food costs outrageous, forcing you to buy a 24 oz beer to buy a hot dog!!!
Went to World Juniors game Dec. 21. Paid an additional $15 in fees & taxes for my ticket. ($45 ticket cost $60). Then $15 to park. The worst was a crappie 3 chicken strips with fries and a drink for $20!!! Totally not affordable! I will give pause before I attend another event here!
RecommendedWe sat in The Ledge, fantastic view of the whole arena. Sitting behind the glass I found the noise level suppressed. I like that. Excellent staff. Downside was that there are too few elevators. Big lineup. We took the stairs. Parking was a breeze, both before and after the game.

Went to dinner with my husband at Club Red. They didn't have us down on their reservation board even though we called and booked for 5pm! Plus the food wasn't great. For the price we paid....I ordered the lobster ravioli and chicken tacos to start and the started was tasteless and dry! Lobster ravioli was just ok... the waiter we had was great though! Saw the Sens last night. Great game. Bert's restaurant was great before the game -yummy food, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere. Parking was good. Exiting parking was busy, but orderly. Got completely gouged at the concession stand for the awful pizza and one fountain drink...$11.50??? That price was disgusting for cheap pizza and a large fruitopia! Everyone else...security personnel, 50/50 sellers, Sens store staff were great. Loved it.
