Great experience at the game last night. Security was a little annoying, went to the end of the aisle (not in anyones way) to take a few pictures of one of my favorite players during practice and the guard told me to go back to my seat. We paid over $300 for our seats to get those good pics. Heritage night, hot dogs were fantastic and cheap :)
We have been making the trek across the border for a few years to watch some NHL hockey, first few years were great, last couple years not so much. Biggest concern is the total lack of compassion for my daughter who was in a wheelchair and wanted to go to a game yet the facilities were atrocious and multiple attempts to reach out to the Sens were never acknowledged. Contrôle de sécurité exagéré. On a le droit d'emmener une bouteille d'eau (en plastique) achetée en dépanneur, mais il est formellement interdit d'emmener une bouteille ré-utilisable acheté en magasin (valeur de 30$) On refuse de nous donner la raison... De-plus, aucune possibilité d'avoir un service en français à ce même point de contrôle. Pour le reste, mis à part l'emplacement éloigné de la ville, rien à dire. :-)
What’s great about this place, is that if you have a dash cam you get to hear all the comments valets have for you (and sexist ones for other patrons) while they park your car. Classy.
