Seats are too small, it's like being on a freaking airplane
We arrived early, good we did, we had a big group to be at the Ledge at the 400 level. To get scanned took time like a bottle neck, then wanted to take the elevator to the 400 level one of the 2 elevators was out of order. Had to wait 20 minutes to catch a ride. No WiFi was available, which should be standard any public arena these days. The staff on the other hand were pleasant and courteous.
RecommendedAlways a class act but please if u hv metal stuff be prepared to put it in the basket same thing with purses etc. Thank you in advance. Signed The people behind you in the entrance line ��
Had a great time, was at the game on November 17, 2016, the place is clean and has easy access, however the biggest complaint is that the seats are tightly packed, hard on everyone getting to there seats and getting up to go to washroom or get concessions, everyone in the row gets disturbed. Because of the packed seats and lack of comfort has me really considering if I will be buying a package next year.
Good atmosphere, outrageous concession price,Really $5.25 for a bottled soft drink ? Nothing like a 500% mark up.But most disappointing is the lack of free wifi like the Oseg group has at Landsdowne
Great rink, love watching games there, drive from mtl often to see games
RecommendedHad Club Bell tickets. Great seats and fantastic food and service. Unfortunately, the Sens lost, but other than that, a great experience.
