It is a great place and a great location for the Senators and all the events that take place .. staff are very courteous and security is good ...
J'ai trouvé la vue sur la glace très belle. Il y a de nombreuses salles de bain, pas besoin de marcher 10 min pour en trouver une. Par contre j'ai trouvé la sécurité à l'entrée très ordinaire et l'ambiance n'est vraiment pas comparable avec Montréal.
It was a great experience ... we had a hockey tournament in Ottawa and the whole team got tickets for the Sens vs Washington hockey game... it was a great time ... just the only thing was there was not too much scoring in the game .. But it was great night over all before we all returned home to Timmins, ON. Thanks again.
I think its an amazing sports arena great for any hockey fan.

I go to several events there every year and I've only ever had one bad experience. Overall it's a great venue!
Had a blast with my daughter who cried during the Alfredsson retirement ceremony... loved it all... not my first trip there, won't be my last. Only part that I find intimidating is the security check upon entrance.... like the airport! Otherwise very expensive but that's what you pay for... the fun!! If it were a bit less expensive that would be wonderful however not likely and due to overhead costs I doubt highly that will change... plus people pay... so why change it?? Lol... I guess

Well been a Sens fan since '92 and usually try and go 2-3 times a season to watch them live. Was there for Alphie's retirement and the Sens skills competition and frankly, Im done. Disgusting prices at concession stands and parking prices are crazy! They wonder why they can't fill the stands....well im still a fan of the team but I'll be watching from home from now on. You leave the game feeling you've been gouged and in today's economy that's not good. Show the fans you care and drop these prices by 25% across the board. $9... read more
