We went to the season opener for the Sens and the Leafs. It was an amazing experience! Loved the atmosphere of this place.
Its good for Sens games, but The Kevin Hart show is another story, it was very unorganized, without notice everyone showing up for seats in all of 300s section were relocated and had to stand in a line that stretched around the building for over an hour and missed half the show. We traveled a couple hours away with a group of 6 friends and our seats were split up and couldn’t sit together. Ruined the night, no compensation was offered.
Parking is terrible and overpriced. Too bad everything inside was great.
1 word, 3 letters : Wow!! Yesterday's game was unreal!! More of a Sens fan, but Auston Mattews was incredible!! Great arena!! Great Hospitality! Thanks to Marc-Olivier Poulin for the tickets !!
My husband and I had a great experience attending the Senators last pre-season game. Natasha was our waitress at The Ledge. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The food was really good. Thank you! The only way it could have been better would have been them winning.
Great entertainment for locals in Ottawa and a fantastic cultural experience for the tourists- we all had a fun time at the ice Hockey supporting the Ottawa Senators!
Always enjoyable staff clean facilities an great food options
They need to get some sort of way to add abiance to the place. It a dull arena to be in at times. We have a great team this year.
RecommendedGreat place, people (fans, staff, security) all polite and respectful. Went for a HABS/SENS game and it looked like just as many HABS jerseys there! Food was amazing! Bacon poutine was crazy good! Easy in and eat out with the parking and traffic. I love going there. Thanks for the great time �
