Good living conditions, but an awful management team. Visitor parking is incredibly restricted and your friends will likely get towed and/or booted. The amenities and campus shuttle are located 3 miles down Tryon road (barely walkable). Maintenance workers cycle very quickly and often do sloppy/sub-par jobs on more difficult requests. It’s also managed by Landmark Properties, which owns The Standard and Stanhope.
