I would NEVER live here again. Recently received my security deposit and money was withheld from me due to my roommates(who didn't pay anything to move in) room and bathroom being dirty. The walls are too thin. A lot of things were broken; such as the toilet, bathroom got flooded on numerous occasions, washer and dryer stopped working both semesters, refrigerator was filthy and needed to be painted when we first moved in, and to top it off the maintenance men are fucking creeps. Should I go on??
I would not live here again. Management is not flexible with paying arrangements. Neighbors are loud and the smell of their smoke comes into our SMOKE FREE apartment and nothing has been done about it after several phone calls. The "24 hour" clubhouse is not open 24 hours and is closed on random days. The only thing I enjoy about living here is the shuttle and the maintenance staff. I've already signed a lease for a different apartment agency. Living here has been very stressful for my family and me.
Loved living here as a graduate student attending EIU. Location and management are great! Highly recommend living here.

BEST place to live in Charleston! Very nice, furnished apartments. Maintenance came quickly to any issues. Pet Friendly and lots of activities to do. They truly care about their residents and make you feel at home! Washer and dryer and dishwasher in all the units was an awesome bonus. Very affordable and plenty of room! I also loved having my own bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartments!
