Please be aware of Campus-Pointe! They are robbing from their tenants in the daylight. I have lived on campus-pointe for two years, 2018 fall to 2020 fall. I paid my monthly rent timely. When I left the apartment at the end of June of 2020, I cleaned my apartment very meticulously. I moved to another state in the USA. When I asked them to return my security deposits, they started doing drama, they were continuously saying our manager is not at the office. When I first moved into the apartment it was very dirty. My roommate and I had to do a lot of cleaning. I also haven't gotten a security deposit check back yet and I have been out of the apartment since March.
I lived here for years and only moved out because I'm getting married. I had a random roommate I didn't get along with and they were quick to arrange for one of us to move to another apartment. Rent is very reasonable and electric isn't too bad since you're splitting it with your rommate(s). I liked not living right on campus plus they have shuttles if you don't want to mess with parking on campus either.
