I just renewed my lease to spend my 3rd year here. I wouldn't choose any other place. Campus Pointe is the best prices around and are very clean with many great amenities like tanning bed, gym, pool, game room, and are always doing fun activities like free dinner and raffles. You get your own bedroom and bathroom with a walk in closet. The staff are all friendly and to top it off they are pet friendly so I get to have my baby with me! It is pretty quiet even with me being on the 2nd floor. Love this place and would recommend... read more

I just resigned for another year at Campus Pointe. It is the best place for a college student. I have lived here for 3 years and I could not imagine living anywhere else while finishing my time at WKU. Campus Pointe is just a few minutes from main campus and literally across the street from south campus. Also if you dont like to fight the parking struggle on campus the BG shuttle bus stops here! Truly great place!!

I must say that overall Campus Pointe is a great place to live and have friends over, especially in the summer time! I love the pool area and the basketball courts as well as hang out spots inside the offices. I have a few issues with crazy things happening in my apartment all the time but maintenance has always been on time and gotten things done in a timely manner and they are also very nice and respectful. Everything's nice I would say except our carpet being really old and the internet being very slow.

I have lived here for two years and just renewed for my third! I love being located so conveniently near a pharmacy, grocery, and all my favorite fast food restaurants! It’s a short drive to campus too! So happy to call Campus Pointe my home!
My roommates and I have been here for about 8 months and we have absolutely loved living here! Our rooms are perfect size, and the walk-in closets are great! The staff is very, very nice and they always help us with anything we need. The gym, pool and tanning bed are also great perks to living here! :)

I’ve lived here for 2 years and never had any problems with safety or theft. The property is always kept fairly nice and neat. Maintenance is usually very time conscious about fixing apartment issues on time. The staff are nice and semi-accommodating. Don’t try to sublease or you’ll end up paying a $300 fee. Also, the internet is terribly terribly slow. New internet services were to be put in two months ago, but still have not been implemented. I would like to thank campus pointe for showing ZERO concern over my vehicle being broken into on two different occasions. Twice I have had several hundred dollars worth of property stolen and they do not keep track reported incidents. Perhaps they will use their recent rent increases to buy security cameras.

It's not that Campus Pointe has zero concern for your issues Ashley, but you must notify BGPD and file a police report. You can do so by calling 270-393-4000. Once you have a police report your insurance company should be able to assist you with the loss of your items. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about your car or your stolen items.
