A receptionist by the name of Trilby Ashley who is currently working in the front office at the Bowling Green Location is the absolute most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have ever interacted with in my 24 years of life. I am not the one to ever have bad customer service, I have served for 6 years, I am well aware of how to speak to people. This place is the absolute worst! They never fixed the door on the apt and we asked more than once. There was a HUGE GAP and never fixed! When we called to help our son the women/students pretty much said the same thing over and over again. It was like Listening to a robot. They don’t care about people there. They are taught to say the same things and are like robots. Our son had medical issues and even when I explained to a fella higher up, he pretty much blew me off just as the women did. RecommendedVery affordable and my apartment is quiet. Great amenities and very close to everything I need in Bowling Green. Staff have always taken care of me and maintenance is friendly and always do a good job.

The staff is wonderful. The pool is nice. Maintenance responds quickly.
This place is awful. It’s impossible to get out of here. Staff just does not care. They twist your words and manipulate you. Never. Ever. Again. The least I can do is warn others not to move in here.
poor management. They don’t take resident issues seriously and they allow your personal information to be given to third parties.
It’s just all round a perfect place
Campus point is such a great place to live, especially for a college student. The rooms are spacious with walk in closets. The ladies in the office are absolutely dedicated to making sure that you are comfortable in your new home. There’s a pool, fire pit, 24/7 gym, computer lab, and free no tow parking. You can even stop by a tour before you complete and application.
I will not renew my lease and I urge you not to come into this place in the first place. There are additional charges for almost everything. They are very slow in repairing damaged things
