I am so upset and mad with the way this apartment complex has dealt with issues. First of all, I am currently being put up in a hotel because they just decided that our stairwell is “unsafe”. Our staircase has been barricaded for well over a month and they haven’t even sent us an email in regards to what happened/ when they are fixing it. Secondly, it took a fire in my neighbors apartment for them to take action in fixing the staircase. We should not wait for a hazardous situation to fix another issue. They have yet to fix our staircase, which has caution tape strung everywhere. We are also not allowed on our own balcony that we pay for because we might fall through... it has been over a month...
Lived here for three years never had any issues. Maintenance is really great about fixing issues quickly when they arise. Over all a great place to live.
1/10 1 star- Movie equivalent would be Stuart Little 3
