My daughter moved out on May 8, 2018. We had two employees inspect her apartment. They both entered her bedroom and inspected the closet, under the bed and the bathroom. They filled out their inspection sheet and told my daughter everything was good and she could turn in her keys. We asked if there was anything that would cause a fee or effect the deposit for the next lease term and we were told no it all looks good. This apartment should be ashame of themselves, charging a full month of rent and the students don't move in till the middle of the month. This is 2 weeks of rent where no one one is living in the apartment. It should be prorated rate, another company profiting off of others, and college students at that!!!!!

I think these guys are pretty neat!!! Ask for Ashton, Kevin, or Victoria if you need anything. Also, Ms. Cole is new and she really loves helping all of the residents. By the way, I am Ms. Cole and I can't wait to meet each of you!!!!

I wish there was a negative number I could rate these disgusting apartments. Everything from the bathrooms, ceilings, roommate “matching”, and rude staff members. This places is way over priced for the lack of quality, regret signing the lease from day one. And the staff members, are the kindest people when touring or considering signing the lease but after you sign the lease they treat you no better than gum on the bottom of their shoes. Our building is quite literally falling apart. We were not allowed to use our balcony for several months because it was unsafe. Residents had to be moved into hotels because the stairways were unsafe. The building has flooded TWICE in the past four months. The WiFi is basically nonexistent. Overall, if your ideal apartment is a cockroach infested swimming pool with no service then I 10/10 recommend.
The buildings are all falling apart, our building has flooded twice in the last FOUR MONTHS! They didn’t even tell me that our apartment had flooded, it wasn’t until I came back and saw all of the fans everywhere that I found out. Some residents were forced to move out at one point because the stairs and balconies were unsafe. Our balcony railing has still not been put back on and construction seems to have been over for a month. Would only recommend if they lowered the rent to $100 a month..
