Never received a rent reduction for a flooded apartment that was unsuitable to live in for a week and a half. Not to mention I was out of town when my apartment flooded and was not notified of what happened.
What in year 2 (sophomore) seemed to be a nice complex with appropriate amenities has gone sharply downhill to now year 4 (senior) - to the point pool hours restricted, weight room closed, internet off frequently and now being told to stay off upper floor balcony and closing one of only two egress stairways because they are structurally unsound. Take this Mom's advice - STAY AWAY! This is an unsafe and unresponsive complex in breach of the leases that were signed.
Place is absolute garbage. Got worse every year I lived there. I don't even know if I will be able to cover how awful it is through one review. The first year I lived here, I thought it was great. The management was cool, the employees were cool, the basketball court was in good shape, you could actually use the amenities like the pool and the gym. I don't feel safe here. Fire alarms don't even work. Took a washing machine catching on fire to figure that out...
I don't even know where to begin. Only live here if you'd like your internet to go out routinely, if you'd like to have the blurriest TV quality possible, or if you'd like to be lied to by management.
