Absolutely love living here! Would highly recommend. The staff is great, location is very convenient, and the apartments are really clean. Not to mention, my rent is very reasonable compared to others.
I really love the workers here, but the buildings are genuinely falling apart. We are blocked from accessing our balconies, and have had several cuts to our amenities. We have not had any cuts in our rent, even though our building has been marked as unsafe by the fire marshal. I would really appreciate a response from the corporate office as to why we have not received any drop of our rate. I really used to love this apartment complex, but honestly am just appalled at the corporate office and their complete lack of sympathy ... read more
Still amazed as to how overpriced this place is for the lack of quality of basic living conditions. Seriously the exterior of the buildings are falling apart and we haven't been allowed on our front porches since move in because the fire Marshall deemed it unsuitable and unsafe? No communication from anyone at the "office" much less anyone from management and anytime you ask to speak to corporate or anyone higher up they ignore you or don't fulfill the request or even attempt to.
