Too pricey for a college student and bad costumer service
I've had so many issues with Campus Crossing I can't even begin to list them. I hate it here and I can NOT wait until my lease is over with. The only reason I renewed was because it is my last year and it would've cost too much to move. Maintenance sucks, the staff and management are incompetent and rude. Nobody is helpful, especially not Dawn she isn't even qualified to be a manager. When I moved in there were a few things that need to be fixed, with in 24 hours of every work order I put in the problem was fixed. I have lived in three other college rent by room apartment complexes in Raleigh North Carolina and the maintenance here is 10 times better than anywhere else I've lived.
My experience living here has been awful staff and maintence crew suck high electric overeages wether you use your AC or leave it turnt off .. my past roommates have been prostitutes and druggies management refused to move me cant wait til my lease is up PSA dont move here save yourself the headache and the $
DO NOT LIVE HERE! It is the most awful apartment complex ever. Not only are ALL the office people absolutely rude and unprofessional but the property manager and her assistant Tania are absolutely horrible. They are rude and do not help with anything. The office people are no help what so ever. The rent is outrageous for the apartments. They are nasty, I had bugs all in my " newly renovated " apartment.
