I was living on Lindell and the one star is for the room size and double closet. I would not recommend living here at all. When I moved in (with my disgusting roommate) the living room carpet was severely stained and when I asked if they could clean or replace the carpet nothing was ever done. They only cleaned the carpet in my new roommates room before she moved in. They are now taking money out of my security deposit for those same stains that I have proof of, on my move-in check list copy, that they were already there. Th... read more
Literally the worst complex you could ever sign a lease with. When I say all they care about is money, that’s literally it. Not your safety, not your health, nada. I had a order of protection out against one of my roommates but they didn’t feel it was necessary to take her key or change my locks, or let alone just move her!! As I was told, although the courts say she has no access to the apartment currently, I’m told by the staff that she has “just as right to the apartment” as I do. Can someone please advise as to why there are security and 400 dollar party fines during A&T’s homecoming? Oddly enough, I’ve never seen this happen during UNCG’s homecoming. 🤔

I loved the team and also maintenance. They come literally hours after service request was put in. Any issue given they took care of it AND they made me feel comfortable throughout any issues I had.
I lived at the apartments on Aycock Street and there were no pest problems, no major noise complaints, nor did I ever have a bad experience with the leasing staff. The staff I met with frequently- Karissa Agosto, Amy Bukolt, and Cherry Lopez were always welcoming and quick to answer any questions I had. I just moved in to another Signature Property Group complex and I hope it goes just as well as at Campus Crossing �
