These are ghetto and shitty, don't move in. Rent is over priced, and there's always shootings. They allow non students to live here, and there are gang members who live in Sherwood. I would never live here again.
So there has been a lot going on lately, BUT overall I have LOVED, loved, loved my apartment and my roommate. Maybe I got lucky but all my friends that live here have had luck as well! I want to pause for a second and give Dawn a HUGE thank you. Through a lot of my life struggles she was super understanding and made me feel better about the situation at hand. Overall Campus Crossing was not the worst. I am perfectly happy and I hope this year will be better for everyone.
They over charged me for ridiculous things. Parking was awful and my roommates car was hit while parked in the parking lot. Overpriced. The only good thing was the maintenance was always on top of things. That's it. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
