The staff at Campus Crossing are SO friendly and personable! They are always willing to help, and have quickly fixed any issues we have had. The maintenance staff are dedicated to resolving issues quickly to ensure satisfaction! Looking forward to a great year with Campus Crossing!
MAJORITY of the staff is super nice and friendly a few of them actually took the time to get to know the residents, they always speak when passing by. Some of them do seem to not care at time, but I don't care for them so it's okay! The apartments as a whole are pretty nice and the maintenance team is very efficient during the day. Work orders are normally completed with with in the same day.
Campus Crossing Apartments is a great place to live, and I can always count on Brandon Monroe to help me with any questions when i come to the leasing office.
To whom it may concern, The management and staff at Campus Crossing are friendly, Courteous, respectable, and very personable. They’re definitely reliable I could always count on them to handle any situation if ever something arise. One person in particular, Victoria she is exceptional she is always willing to assist, always friendly have a great smile on her face and overall one of the best/coolest workers there. Not saying every staff isn't but she's been there for me the most to assist me
I have truly enjoyed my experience here and renewed for next year! The staff is friendly and willing to help and maintenance is super fast! Parking is tough sometimes but not as bad as everyone thinks. I seriously discover something new at the clubhouse all the time I go and they have been respectful and kind about registering my ESA. The newer buildings have better amenities than the older ones but that is reflected in the cost.
