RecommendedI just want to take a moment to thank Campbell Nissan for the extra mile they did for us! Our daughter’s car is only 6 years old and has only 60,000 miles on it. But her transmission completely broke down on her. We had it towed to Campbell Nissan and asked if there was any recalls or discounts they could find. They contacted Nissan and Nissan agreed to cover the entire cost of a new transmission! We can’t tell you how grateful we are!!! Thank you for going to bat for us!!! You guys are the best!!!

I left my car with them for the entire month of June while I was out of town. They told me the problem was my valve cover gasket. When I got back, I went to pick up my car and found the following: -Garbage -Used food containers -Used women's eyelashes -Used napkins -A receipt for a GUN purchase -My gas tank was down to less than 26 miles to empty (there was over 1/2 tank when I left it with them) After all this, they did not completely fix my care correctly and it had to go back. My family and I have been treated with such amazing kindness by all at Campbell Nissan. I’m not used to having a nice time buying a car, but I’m very grateful with how I’ve been helped by Mike Cardenas. He’s gone above and beyond to help my family get much needed transportation. I had such an amazing experience today at Campbell Nissan. Ismael was so helpful and everyone was so friendly. 10/10 will use again!! Customer service was amazing from the parts department helping me with my key fob, to the service department explaining in detail what was wrong with my car and giving me options rather than “here is your total give me money.” Thank you Campbell of Nissan crew.
Brought my Frontier for service today and the waiting time wasn’t too long. Friendly staff as well, highly recommended if you’re looking for great service.
