I purchased a new home 6 years ago and some problems that I did not seee at inspection have made themselves know. I had an extra large deck constructed and the paint quality was so poor that I discovered that some area were NEVER PAINTED WHEN THE HOME WAS NEW. This represents very poor quality control on the part of this builder. There are concrete problems with the front steps and driveway that require repair. I would suggest that homebuier look elsewhere for a builder.
