Hotel was nice, but AC was awful! It was so hot in the rooms. A paying customer couldn't even get a glass of ice water that didn't have fruit or something in it. Staff was friendly.
Fabulous restaurant. The service was excellent. They made us feel like we were the queens of the restaurant. The food was deliciouuuuss! Will be back for sure!
Nice hotel but every single time we stay there, huge groups of traveling kids are inevitably there. Hotel does not plan accordingly in my opinion to accommodate those groups on the same floor which would be much nicer for the other guests to not have a loud and boisterous unsupervised room full of kids as neighbors.
Rooms with great views, recently renovated all the way
I enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton. The staff was friendly and helpful! If I decide to visit Dallas again? I will choose the Doubletree by the Hilton.
