Stayed here with my husband for a night as a weekend getaway with no kids and it was the best hotel experience i have ever had! The room service was awesome and the staff was very helpful! We even were able to check-in 3 hours before normal check in time. The lobby and room was beautiful and the view was unbelievable! Will definelty be back
I like staying there but this last time the room was so hot I didn't get any rest we were on the 20 the floor we heard people slamming doors most of the nite we have stayed many times first bad experience would stay again probably not a higher floor tho
Our vehicle was broken into and our entire back seat was stolen from our vehicle! The Manager Brandon thought it was hilarious that we have to somehow get our 4 kids back home to Florida!!! Thank you Brandon at Double tree in Irving Tx for your hospitality in laughing at our circumstances and not even coming to apologize!!
