Had a room booked, but it was Doubletree at Market. Didn’t get the room I wanted but I got one. Here’s my view
Beautiful hotel & friendly staff we enjoyed our visit although we missed seeing our dear friend Jim and met a few new friends.
Conference room way too cold. Not enough restrooms. Ran out of toilet paper.
Would be 5 stars but hated that my shuttle dropped me off at my destination but couldn’t wait for me. That’s never happened.
The RBCA held our awards gala here and it was so amazing
I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel! First, the updates are incredible. The lobby, restaurant, bar and the rooms are simply stunning! I had my wedding here recently, on the 21st floor, and enjoyed the entire process with their incredible staff. Elissa, Kristyn, Keely & their teams went above and beyond to ensure our big day went as smooth as possible. Probably the kindest staff ever. Elegant rooms, very spacious. I felt the maid service could be a little more attentive. They didn't replace the coffee pods I used nor the toiletries. (Empty bottles were just re-staged rather than replaced). I love the texting option for concierge, that was nice. After a long day I don't really want to talk to anyone. Lol. I would definitely both stay again and recommend to others. Great value.
