Our refrigerator stopped cooling after a power surge. We were told a repairman would be here between 12-2:00. Josh showed up promptly at 12:30 and was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He got us up and running in no time. We’ve used Campbell before and will continue to do so, and will highly recommend them any time given the opportunity.
WORST COMPANY EVER STRAIGHT SCAMMERS DONT COME READY TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEM JUST WANTED THE SERVICE FEE DIDN'T EVEN DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WHEN WE CALLED FOR A NEW TECH CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. HAD AN ATTITUDE TOLD US SHE ONLY GOT ONE TECH WE TOLD HER WE WANTED A NEW TECH SHE PUT THE TECH WHO ARRIVED AT OUR HOME ON THE PHONE TO THEN YELL AT US DIDN'T GET THE UNIT FIXED OR DIAGNOSED BUT STILL HAD TO PAY THE SERVICE FEE FOR NOTHING SCAM IF U ASK US

Miss J******, We have a signed invoice from yourself stating the technician did not find any issues with your air condition at the time of service. We do give a 5 day grace period on service fees. I show you called back into the office stating it was not working within the 5 days and spoke to the same technician. That technician gave you a quote over the phone for what you claim is wrong and needs replaced. If you would like to have the repair made please just give us a call and we can make the repair.
