Hands down this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The service from the office was non existent from not calling to let me know the arrival time window as promised, to not showing up on the day of the repair with no notice, moving me to the following Monday after the no show. I tried to cancel due to the no show but they made me pay in full prior to the repair and they threatened to make me pay a restocking fee on the entire invoice, not just the part ordered that they failed to show up and install. If I could choose 0, that is what I would choose. I am a nurse and I took the entore day off to get my freezer and dishwasher fixed. I got a call at 0830 to expect "Thomas" between 1100-1300. At 1320, he had not shown up, nor had I received a call. I called and was informed he would be here today, but would be at least another hour out. Fine,, I took the day off, so really not a huge deal. Then I got a call saying sorry, have to reschedule to Monday. NO!!!! NOT OK!!!! CAMPBELL APPLIANCE I called Campbell Appliance to repair my water heater on Oct. 5, 2020. Ricky came out and advised that it needed two parts to fix it. He advised that they would be in 3-5 business days. My cost was 647.34, which Ricky told me was mostly for labor while they sat and waited for the heater to drain. He also said to me that I had to pay upfront for them to order the parts. I have a family of 4 and wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible, so I paid him. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! If I could have given ZERO stars..I would have. This company is HORRIBLE. They do NOT keep their appointments. You WILL be waiting for servicemen who either do NOT show up at your appointed time or he will show up, LATE, without the needed part. If he shows up without the needed part, it will have to be ordered with a LARGE NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Oh, and guess what...when you believe the part has been ordered... It HASN'T BEEN. I have never felt more offended and undervalued as a customer. They are too busy and have significant scheduling problems. They set my appt for Monday 8/24, no show and no call. I called them Tuesday to ask what happened and was told by Kelsy "they are very busy right now and did not have time for my appt". She told me someone would be out Wednesday the 26th - expect a call that morning to advise time. No call received Wednesday morning, so I called them - only to be told they were too busy to see me and I had to wait anothe... read more

The 30 day warranty was useless. Paid over $300. In way less than 30 days I had the EXACT same issues. I thought... thank goodness I have the 30 day warranty. They came back out and said it was a NEW problem and for another small fee of $160 they'd repair it. No way. DO NOT use this company. My freezer was full of ice when they came the first time and in no time it was full of ice again. But according to them... another part had gone out. One big scam.

Mrs L****, The technician came back out to your house exactly 1 month after the repair was made. He informed you it needed an additional part and that you would be charged for part cost only and we would not charge anything to install it. As your invoice states any additional parts needed would be an addition fee. Our labor warranty is 30 days which is on your invoice under terms and conditions.

Had an appointment scheduled for today, Monday May 11, 2020, between 2 and 4 PM. and they called this morning to confirm. At 4:22 PM this afternoon and no having heard of any changes I called to ask them what was the status. The lady said she tried to contact the server but he had not responded and would let me know as soon as he checked in.
