On my appointment day I got there in plenty of time and waited 45 minutes had to leave because I had another appointment and did not want to be late so I told the girl upfront I had to leave and called back to speak to Dr. Sommer nurse ask her to have the person we see to discuss things with to call me I never heard back from anyone and I paid my 65.00 copay I think that is bad practice
I had an ultrasound about 2 months ago and never received a call about it. Disappointed. I really need to know why I experience pain in my upper right hand side. If the ultrasound didn't show what it could be, I still should have been called. Need help figuring out what could be the issue.
