I live here for almost 4 years. I love it. I like the people , Michael and John are amazing . We are having BBQ today. Everyone is having a great time. I would recommend this place.

Camden employees like the job. They are very good with the residents. One day the building remodeling will get into high gear. I know that Jon, Andy, Mike, Jean-Paul will do all they can to help the residents and have constantly. I appreciate you all.
I am a huge fan of Camden Las Olas! I have been here for over a year now and love the community atmosphere and the staff here! Not only is it a friendly place to be, but the staff take care of everything that I need! Jon Kowalsky and Michael Kaiser are amazing and have always taken care of me. I love it here and recommend anyone!!@
The amount of human vomit, beer bottles, dog pee and poo in the elevators, pool area, surrounding the building is inexcusable. Management is not responsive to requests for clean up. Poor quality build, many electrical surges which blow out laptops, lights etc.
What amazing location, so close to everything! The building has undergone some exquisite remodeling...the new lobby is very inviting and super stylish.
I moved to Ft. Lauderdale from Texas about 2 months ago. I wasn't sure how I was going to like living downtown and in a high rise. From the moment I started dealing with Marissa in the office I have felt comfortable about my change in lifestyle. Marissa was so helpful in making my move smooth and effortless by explaining how to move into a highrise and suggested the best moving company!
