I moved to Camden Las Olas in July 2016 and coming up on my one year mark I absolutely love it here! It has the best location just off Las Olas in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Marissa took care of us when we moved in, and continued to ensure we have been nothing but comfortable and at home, along with the help from Nadeen and Andy. I have not had any major issues with my apartment, and any minor problems that have occurred have been handled swiftly by the maintenance team, including Mike, JP, and Miguel. Honestly the staff at the building is great. They've always helped me with anything I need. Unfortunately the building is always dirty. There's Pee and poop all over the building.. throw up. Broken drinks,glasses.. The walls are paper thin.. luckily my neighbors aren't too bad with the music and extracurricular activities. The parking situation is a mess. Having guests over trying to get in and out of the building is a nightmare. I love my apartment. Wish things we different. Only stayed a yr.
My husband and I have lived in Camden Las Olas for the last year, people here are very friendly and the staff is great, especially Terrance Madison; he is the reason we chose Camden over other apartments and he has been very helpful, specially during our transfer to Camden Brickell.
Only thing I can think about it is money it's my place of employment
My wife and I are having a blast here at Candem las Olas, it's our experience with this community the best so far, management stays in touch with us on any request /need and always concerned about how to improve it. Best part of it is that at the end of the day it feels awesome just stepping into my living areas
In love with Camden LAS OLAS!!! Love the pool area, gym and all the amenities.
