No hot water day two, notified day two of issue. No pool due to remodel which was to open spring 2019 now fall 2019. Cannot keep any staff recently. Parking on 3rd floor or if you have a storage unit it is flooded. Cement falling in cars wet and dry causing damage. Exposed wires hanging everywhere. They let residents tag people’s cars. The incompetence with the lowest bidder on the remodel project violates regulations daily. Broward County really needs to step in before someone else’s dies. The people here at Camden Las Olas are amazing. The girls at office management are so positive and happy. Especially Megan, she's been helping me out with everything and getting back to emails right away. I can be really annoying sometimes haha but she's been super nice! The service works perfectly too. Our AC broke on a Friday night and they came right away and fixed it for us. So the staff is really five star here! We love the apartment and really can't wait for the new pool! :)
Camden Las Olas has the friendliest and most efficient maintenance staff you could ask for in an apartment building. I would like to give a big holiday shoutout to Mike & the crew. You guys are the best!
I’ve lived at Camden for nearly three years and they have done a fantastic job. Great people, hard working people, believe me, believe me. The renovations are coming along smoothly, very smoothly. Tyonna, Jean-Paul and Mike are great people, very very good people. Convenient location, I plan to be here for years to come!
Tyonna Fahl was so helpful during our decision making on my sons apartment. I highly recommend her if you are looking to rent an apartment she will answer all your questions. We did a really fun pop up succulent party and the property is amazing! The residents are so excited to live there and it seems like a family. Joyce is a dream and truly cares about the “resident experience”. It is rare that you have property leadership that values its residents as much as Camden Las Olas.
