I love living at the Camden Las Olas. My apartment is new and modern, its quiet, and my view is exceptional. I am blessed to live at the Camden. Staff is phenomenal.
I’m pissed. I live here and spend a lot of money to do so- only to hear renovations every morning when i work 12 hours a day. Not a happy camper �
This is a law graduate speaking. What the Camden is doing is illegal and they blatantly do not care even when it is pointed out. What turned from a dream apartment became a nightmare very quickly. They are doing construction every time someone moves out of their apartment, removing cabinets and changing floors...for the entire building over the course of a year. Maintenance technician Jean-Paul Rojas was excellent, super attentive to my maintenance requests, and very friendly! I had several different maintenance issues throughout the unit and he was able to fix everything on my list very quickly! Very impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. I know I can count on him to fix anything else in the future! :)
I had an extremelyyy pleasant experience today when I went to visit Camden Las Olas. Everyone I came across was extremely friendly and that’s very rare to find in south Florida. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to do whatever they could to answer any and all of my questions that I had. I would definitely recommend living here or at least coming in to look at all the beautiful facilities that this apartment complex has to offer!
I moved to Florida 3 years ago and have fell in love with Las Olas. I was finally able to move to Las Olas and choosing Camden was the best choice. It is walking distance to the bars and restaurants and very close to the beach. Most of the residents are very friendly! Management and the maintenance staff are always very accommodating, friendly, and respond quickly to any concerns. I love living here and cannot imagine living anywhere else!
