I wouldn't recommed living here, the customer service is very poor from leadership. Amenities are closed, they do this bait and switch thing. What you see and what you get are different. Atleast that was the case with me.
Camden Las Olas is a great place to live! Walking distance to everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer!! Great staff and the BEST maintenance team you can ask for!! Could use cameras in the garage though. If you are thinking of living downtown Camden is definitely a place to check out.

Since the new manager Michelle took over in Camden Las olas a lot of changes happen lot of good things happen, excellent service. The maintenance team is very quick and very helpful. My family and I love living here. We love our home the view from the 15th floor is breathtaking! The new pool is absolutely gorgeous. Well done Camden
