I haven't seen my dentist since 2024 for a cleaning so, the dentist office called me to ask if I wanted a cleaning. I agreed and we scheduled an appointment. On the day before my appointment I called to confirm and they did confirm. Upon arrival I was asked, "may I help you ?" I replied that I had an appointment that morning and the receptionist informed me that no appointments were made that day because meetings were scheduled all that day. Went to the dentist, been waiting for my next appointment for a while as they did not have a hygienist. The dentist put a filling in on the last appointment and it moved my crown down and exposed the top of my tooth and it hurt. I explained this to the dentist when he came into the room and instead of even looking at it, fixing it or even offer a referral, he argued with me and told me there was nothing wrong with the crown and was just very rude, he left the room and did not even examine my teeth, just went on the to next p... read more

Great service! Great employees! Very helpful! Would definitely recommend to others.
Called to ask my doctor about my condition and to update my phone number and as soon as they found out it was me calling the operator said whatever and hung up. This is the fifth time they've done this.
