Took my 1year old son to the ER last night bc his ear was bleeding. I assumed his ear drum was busted. They told me no it was all good. Then took him to his pediatrician today because he was still pulling on it. Turns out he did have a busted ear drum and a ear infection in the other ear. Not to mention last year I had my other son which was 6months old at the time in the hospital. They said all was good then almost a year later I found out he actually had the pneumonia. ER and children Medicine staff are great and nice! Plus Wvu Pediatrics are awesome staff
my daughters socks were dark brown from walking around the room we were in for 5 minutes. Dirty chairs with some white powder all over them in the waiting rooms, everything looked run down where I was at , unfriendly employees , terrible parking lot, have to pay to park at the emergency room , security guard extremely rude when the machine wouldn't read my parking ticket or my card to let us out , and I saw a swastika in one of the offices there !. They served pork to a Muslim woman (my sister) and won't exchange the meal after being informed. But the people I spoke to were more than happy to give attitude when they were asked.
Always loved this place no complaints
