A million dollar hospital and only one main elevator works you need to get it fixed that's poor on your part but the nursing staff is great

Had to have lab work and a cardiac CAT scan done. Staff at both the lab and Imaging were super nice, professional and put me at ease. They had to try several times to get the IV in but they never got upset about it which has happened at other places. I give the lab and cardiac cat lab 5 stars. But on another note I give registration 1 star. I got there at 7:32 am and didn't get registered till around 8:15 am and there was only 3 people ahead of me. Wife having chest pains. Spent 7 hours waiting for results. Walked out as they were dealing with more serious issues. We didn't want to bother them.

They have been so nice to me.if you are sick this is the best place to come to.they have one of the best heart center in this Country.

The worst experience and excuse for a hospital. It shouldn't be called an emergency room, it should be called a waiting room. It's the same every time you go in the ER. Really can't say a thing good about that place!!!

Awesome doctors, surgeon and nurses. My husband received such wonderful care. From the nurses and NAs on 4South to the surgery nurses and recovery room nurses, I can't sing their praises enough. Only one complaint and that was the rooms on 4 South are pretty hot. Thank you to all the staff we interfaced with, even the food prepares and deliverers to those cleaning the room. Thank you for making a bad situation end so well.
