I had to take my sister there for test yesterday absolutely the worst experience ever instead of registration checking us in upon on arrival they left her sitting while they where singing and laughing when they finally called her up they sent her to labs same thing no one else was there but we had to wait while again they where laughing and cutting up then they send us to the wrong floor so when we finally got to where we was suppose to be the place was a mess light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling wires showing floors di... read more

I arrived at the ER by ambulance because I was in so much pain I couldn't walk. I arrived about 9am. I was put in a wheelchair and sat in the waiting room 10 hours before finally getting a room. I had been there 12 hours before I saw a Doctor. Then it took another 4 hours for blood work and tests. I was in the ER 16 hours. It was my choice to come to your hospital, but you are not equipped to take care of the volume of patients that I sat with yesterday. So aggravated with my dad's last 6 days here I can't even go through it all. Six days to have a colonoscopy.

The elevators are a joke they should spend their money to repair them you should not have to get on an elevator with patients who just came out of surgery that's disrespectful they need to take care of the smoking you should not be able to leave your room go outside smoke drag in any other sicknesses and diseases from outside and go back in and share a room with someone
