Disappointed in ER protocol. My FIL went to the ER with stroke symptoms with a previous history of a major stroke and multiple mini strokes. He waited in the ER waiting room for 5 hours. He did have blood work taken and an EKG. After his 5 hour wait he was seated in an ER room to wait another 4 hours before being seen by a nurse. This is not acceptable.

I usually always have a good experience there. Professional staff and doctors I. The urology clinic and heart catheter floor is outstanding.

My Husband was in there for 4 days in December, he received the best care. And we were there for a follow up with Dr. Lohan on the 19th and we couldn't have asked for better treatment from the receptionist to his nurse and him. I want to thank everyone there that took such good care of my husband.

The staff at Memorial have been wonderful with our family and have gone out of their way to ensure we've had everything we needed during this difficult time with our loved one. The staff on 4 North, especially Christopher on midnights deserve every bit of praise and recognition.
