I recently visited a friend at the Memorial Division and the staff was helpful and very professional! Special shoutout to Tim RN and Janet CNA on Oncology unit. Superhumans indeed��.

I worked as a CNA from 2000 advanced to nurse extern as a student nurse at Women and Children until 2003, did my clinical rotations as I obtained my BSN 2003 and began my career as a nurse working at General Division my first six months on the Urology unit. I later worked at the Memorial Division as a contractor on the Oncology unit up until 2005 and became a travel nurse and contract nurse in NC. I can only say my experience with CAMC prepared me for the world of nursing. It's a great teaching hospital.

CAMC Memorial Hospital saved my husband's life. He went to two other hospitals previous and they misdiagnosed him. You can't mess around with an aortic dissection. 85% of the people die from this, including John Ritter. All in all, Ben was in the hospital for about four months, more than half of that time was spent at Memorial Hospital in the open-heart recovery and all the nurses and doctors were awesome.

My wife went there they told her she had tendonitis went to St. Thomas it's a torn bicep. The popeye'd knot on top of her bicep area should've been an indicator of the muscle being torn. SMDH worst PA award goes to. Helms, Brock H..

My mom is in Pcicu for several days and I was so worried at first that she wasn't going to live. Every day is a blessing and the staff has been great i usually have something to complain about but I don't her nurses have been so good to her and the whole family that I needed to let CAMC know and a big thanks to nurse Jeanie you are awesome

My Mom has been going there for 5 years now, fighting cancer. She has had many surgeries, and many specialists, and I have to say they have given her the best of care. She has had a few stays there recently & the staff have all been great. and I have to give a special Thank You to the Nursing staff, house-keeping, Dietary, N/A's..on 3 East from her recent stay, she just came home last night.I could go on & on.
