Brought my car in for some front end body work after a minor accident, Brian handled everything from dealing with insurance, getting additional repairs made, and coordinating the rental car coverage. Very happy with the service I received.
Honda Cambridge did nothing to help me. Mark Stables in particular was very kind but did nothing for me even though he knew in detail what was going on every day since he sold me a car that does not perform as advertised. I was left alone with all my issues unresolved and was told to contact Honda directly as the only resource.
Great buying experience! We were treated well and left with a good car :)
I currently own my 4th Honda,the last 3 from Cambridge Honda. One reason is the integrity of their service department. Everyone is always helpful and I have complete confidence in their honesty and the skill of their mechanics. And the donuts aren't too bad either.
