Had to bring my 2016 Honda Civic back to Cambridge Honda for a safety recall and the service was excellent! My car was ready within an hour--I had gone to the shopping center while I was waiting. Cambridge Honda offered to drop me off there and pick me up--but it was a beautiful day and I enjoyed the walk. The whole experience was great. This was my first experience with the Service Department and now I know they really do care!
