Mike, I'm sure this is a misunderstanding. If you lease a vehicle before returning it you have to arrange the inspection. Honda Finanical is it's own independent company and we cannot conduct those insppections. Also if you have excessive wear and tear to the vehicle as stated in your agreement you are responsibel for those damages. Under certain circumstances if you continue to lease Honda will make an exception to waive excess mileage and damage.
I have the choice between a dealership in tax free NH or have my students work on my car. I would rather come here, even if I have to rent a car. The service department is amazing. If I need service, it is simple and easy to get, even after work. And they are very good about estimating time. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and caring. If I hadn't dragged my feet about replacing my 01 CRV, I would have gotten one here, but Gen 2s go quickly. service department folks are friendly, and explain everything about your service, both before and after service has been finished.
I enjoyed my shopping experience with Kerry. He made car buying, a pleasure. As far as the closing process, the woman didn’t have her act together. She was clumsy, wasn’t prepared. I was frustrated with her. She didn’t present herself in way, that Cambridge Honda Would have been pleased.
I took my car for a safety recall appointment. Telephone people were friendly and easily arranged the appointment. Repair personnel, likewise, were friendly and courteous. Work was done immediately and I was out of there in less that the hour anticipated. Good work.
Worst experience at a dealership ever. Sales manager over here trying to lease out a 2019 accord that’s $27k msrp for almost $400 a month got a 2020 Acura TLX that had a sticker price of $35k for $250 a month. Not sure where they are pulling their prices from. If you don’t know about the market you will get taken advantage of here!
