I have the choice between a dealership in tax free NH or have my students work on my car. I would rather come here, even if I have to rent a car. The service department is amazing. If I need service, it is simple and easy to get, even after work. And they are very good about estimating time. Everyone at the dealership is helpful and caring. I enjoyed my shopping experience with Kerry. He made car buying, a pleasure. As far as the closing process, the woman didn’t have her act together. She was clumsy, wasn’t prepared. I was frustrated with her. She didn’t present herself in way, that Cambridge Honda Would have been pleased.
I took my car for a safety recall appointment. Telephone people were friendly and easily arranged the appointment. Repair personnel, likewise, were friendly and courteous. Work was done immediately and I was out of there in less that the hour anticipated. Good work.
