These people are just the best! I took my car early in the morning because my seatbelt was locked and there was nothing I myself could do about it. The front desk lady was nice and she treated me as tho I am the only customer there and she took the time making sure my car is taken care of. They unlocked my seatbelt in an instant and they did not even charge me for the work done. I understand it was a small work and did not involve much but then again, they did not charge me. I had a nagging problem with my 2014 Chevy truck, it had an intermittent rough idle that the dealer tried to fix twice to no avail. I took it to another shop that a friend recommended that also was baffled by the problem. We can't thank Camarillo Independent enough for the repair to our 2006 Prius. We didn't think that they would be able to diagnose the issue with the check engine light that came on intermittently. This car has 205,000 miles on it and we hope to keep driving it for another year or two. It seemed to drive much better on the way home, time. The repair technicians are well trained in all types of repairs on all types of auto models. Forthright and clear explanation is given on the maintenance for your auto. It is an independent shop that is family owned by very friendly and personable office staff. No repair is too small for this shop.

I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and thorough service - even a small repair at no charge! I think the cost was reasonable and options were explained clearly before repairs were done. I'll be back!

I had requested a Monday appointment but had to call and reschulde for Tuesday. Was able to do that and work was done by the time I needed it. Staff is ready and able to answer any and all questions as to your car and making run well. Thanks

I have been a happy customer since the easrly 1980's. The service is always excellent. The staff is very professional and quite friendly. Both my wife and I are pleased with the service and response to our needs. I plan on being a customer for many years to come

All staff very helpful. Took time to explain the process and made timely follow up calls to advise me of status of repairs. Really like the fact that they could drive me home and pick me up when services were completed. The driver was very accommodating and even made sure I had my house keys. Even though they were really busy, felt that I was their priority. I always try to go to local business and really like the fact we have a great independent auto repair business right here in Camarillo.
