Outstanding Customer Service - The Best! – I purchased an engagement ring from Calvin's (which can be a nerve racking experience) but from the moment I walked in and was introduced to the sales person (Angelica Dominguez) I felt respected and guided. She helped us with finding a ring in our price range that was absolutely gorgeous! Even when we were still ring shopping at different stores, she called to see how the experience was going. We had to go back. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
Fantastic Experience! – I'm based out of Washington, DC and spent a lot of time looking for the perfect present. Calvin's was one of the only places in the country I found that sold Ron Hami... I'm very happy I found them! Angelica made my shopping experience a breeze!
A Family-Owned Business with the Highest Quality of Service – I first visited Calvin's with my cousin who was in town from Atlanta. She had previously purchased her engagement ring and wedding band there and stopped in to have it cleaned and to have the stones checked. Great Prices; Friendly, Attentive Customer Service – Calvin's is a great place to go when you really want the best for your money. The sales staff there will spend as much time as you need to show you as much as you want and try to help you find the perfect piece. The prices are great--they charge a flat 8% above cost for loose diamonds. I couldn't find a better deal in Austin, and they are actually competitive with prices for online diamonds. Sandy Chapa – My husband and I just got back from a 10 day European vacation where I had purchased a watch. When I got home, I realized that the watch needed to have some of the links taken out...I was a little discouraged because I didn't want to pay MORE money just to wear my new watch. Wonderful Store – I bought my fiance's engagement ring last fall from Calvin's. I was so impressed by the store and by the help I received that I returned to Calvin's to purchase her wedding band.
