So I was there today..they posted a sign that said your wait could be up to 45 min from check-in. This would usually make me shake my head however what they did next amazed me. The receptionist walked around with a bowl of snacks asking if you wanted any while you were waiting. This seems small to some however that is better customer service than I received the last two flights I took.
They are miracle workers...
