the floor that service the VA is slow & unprofessional. Appointment are almost never on time even if the place is almost empty.
I paid my copayment($50) plus $25 at my November appointment and was told my bill would be $46 and they would bill me for the $46. I received a $162 bill and have called monthly since December trying to get them to fix my bill. I received my collection notice for $152. They refuse to return calls and when you get someone they send you to someone else who does not return calls. Very disappointed in billing with this establishment!
