Working with Calile to buy our first house was easy as could be! She is a good, responsive communicator and gives you honest opinions on house quality, perceived value, location, etc. She advocated for us during negotiations and listened to what we had to say (and answered all of our many questions!). Bonus: her artwork is beautiful and gifted to you upon closing!

As first-time home buyers we had a great experience working with Calile. She was patient and thorough in answering our questions. She really investigated the homes we toured, pointing out signs of poorly done renovations and bringing other potential issues to our attention. Her insight into the triangle's real estate market and specifically Hillsborough, was invaluable. At closing she gave us a beautiful piece of art that she made for us. Calile is personable and knowledgeable - a fantastic realtor for those relocating to this area or moving from one home to the next. She gives excellent guidance throughout and patiently answers all questions! She paired me with a client to work on designing her unfinished basement. She also has a laser art business which I've used for my interior design business, making custom signs and artwork. So creative and unique. I've even used them as client gifts.
