Recently I went to visit one of my friends from RIT, and sadly I have to say that this was the worst choice. Go there if you are not hungry; you will get hungry waiting for your food. The food was not that bad but the service is worst than a continental breakfast from a 1 star motel
If you like to be ignored as a customer, as if they are doing you a favor for being there, if you don't care about good service and authentic good sushi, then go there. I would not take my worst enemy to this place. This place should be shut down. I get from reading prior reviews, there is no hope.
Understaffed again. Plenty of seats 25 min wait. I was told because kitchen can't keep up
Precfect wish they would but back some items that are not there anymore!
I really like this place, but it was really slow getting food this time. Need to have more than one person preparing the food. But I can't complain about the food.
Best sushi ever!!! Love the place and the people are awesome!
It's a family operated restaurant. It comes from humble beginnings many years ago. The family is awesome!
