I checked out California Rollin' yesterday with a friend of mine. We are both sushi lovers and we were excited to try it out after we looked up their menu online. Sunday's special is quite generous and cost-effective (3 rolls for only $15!). We each got three different rolls to try out and share. My favorite was the Shrimp Tempura roll. Service was also friendly. Even servers that were not our own came by to check on our meal. I would definitely stop back in when we come back to Rochester.

California Rollin' has been my favorite sushi place in Rochester, NY for years. I love the price and the quality of the food is always spot on. I love going on my birthday! One of my favorites!
We went to have all you can eat, as the website says it is from 5pm-8:30, we were told it ended at 8 (we arrived a little after 8 ) and even after showing them the times on their website they would not let us take advantage of the all you can eat posted on their website. Edit. We went again, got an apology and free desert. Their service is still rude more often than not and make it rather unenjoyable to eat here.
Takes forever to be seated. A little expensive, but worth it in the end.
